How do I become a member?

PRO MAKEUP STUDENTS
Please provide the following:
- Valid photo identification (passport or driving license)
- Acceptance letter from accredited makeup artist school dated within the last 12 months
In addition, please feel free to attach any of the following if you have them:
- Professional business card with a URL link to a professional website or social media account
- Editorial page or commercial magazine feature with name credit
- URL link to a professional website
- Accredited makeup school acceptance or graduation or professional valid licence
- Crew call list on production company letterhead
- Reference letter from professional beauty brand detailing artistry position
- Active professional social media business account (Instagram or Facebook)

How long will it take for my application to be processed?
It will take up to 15 working days for your application to be processed. If we receive a high volume of applications, this process may take longer. If your application is delayed beyond 15 working days, we will notify you by email.
How do I update my personal details?
Successful applicants will be able to update their details by logging on to their FINITYBEAUTY.COM account and visiting the ‘My Account’ section.
Is membership available in all countries?
Membership is available in the following locations: UK, Germany, Holland, US, Canada, Australia and all other European countries that F I N I T Y B E A U T Y ships products to. Your membership will only be valid in your country of residence.
Why must my membership be available in my country of residence only?
Membership is available in most countries, although it will be bound by the rules and regulations applicable to each country. To change your country of residence, please notify us by email at INFO@FINITYBEAUTY.COM and we will change your account within 15 working days.
I am a MUA student, can I become a member?
Yes, if you are currently studying to become a professional makeup artist you can apply to join our F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro Programme. Please see criteria required in our T&Cs below.
Where can I use my discount?
Your 30% discount is only available on F I N I T Y B E A U T Y.COM. Discounts may be available at some Pro Masterclasses and events. This is subject to change.
Does my discount apply to all products?
Your 30% discount will be applicable on most products, with the exception of all product bundles & kits where a saving has already been applied to the price. Your discount will not be applied to any products that have already been discounted.
Is the membership free?
Yes, membership to F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro is free. This is subject to change.
How do I renew my membership?
You will be reminded of your expiry date every 1 years. Once expired, you will need to reapply to join the Pro Programme by emailing the required documentation listed above to: INFO@FINITYBEAUTY.COM
How long is my membership valid for?
Your membership is valid for 1 years from the notification date of your successful application.
I already have a FINITYBEAUTY.COM account, can I still sign up to F I N I T Y B E A U T Y PRO PROGRAMME?
Yes, you can still sign up to F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro if you have an existing F I N I T Y B E A U T Y. If your application to F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro is successful, your 30% discount will be applied to your existing account.

Eligibility
You must be a make-up accredited professional who has become a member of F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro (a F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro Member). In order to become a F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro Member you must be able to fulfil the Pro Requirements*. Becoming a F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro Member is currently free of charge but this may change. Only you are eligible for this pro discount. Pro discounts may not be shared with others under any circumstances. F I N I T Y B E A U T Y reserves the right to verify your continued eligibility and may amend the Pro Requirements at any time.

The Benefits
As a FB Pro Member you will be able to enjoy (i) the Discount, (ii) communications about the Products including helpful tips and techniques, and (iii) invitations to any pro master classes and events (the Events) that we hold.
We cannot guarantee that any Events will be held whilst you are FB Pro Member. An invitation to an Event is not guaranteed entry as (i) space may be limited and (ii) you might have to purchase a ticket.
The Products
Your discount applies to all products available to purchase on the our Website except for the following:
- a) any kits or bundles;
- b) products that are already discounted or on offer; and
- c) any other exclusions that may apply from time to time, (the Products)
The Discount
The discount entitles you to 30% off Products (the Discount) purchased online via the F I N I T Y B E A U T Y IE or NL Website: WWW.F I N I T Y B E A U T Y.COM . The Discount may apply to the Events. The Discount begins on the date we notify you that you are a CT Pro Member and lasts for twenty four (24) months from that date.
The Limit
The Discount can be used to purchase Products up to a maximum annual limit of €2,400 (two thousand four hundred euros). This is the post-discount value. Should you exceed this limit the Discount will no longer apply to the Products.
Re-sell
Products purchased by you using the Discount are for your personal use only and may not be resold under any circumstances. If we become aware that you are on-selling the Products we reserve the right to revoke the Discount with immediate effect. We also respectfully point out the damaging effect this could have on our relationship going forward.
Shipping and Returns
Discount does not apply to any shipping costs. All other purchase terms and conditions and terms of use of the are available in full on the our Website.

The personal data which you provide when you apply to become a F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro Member is necessary to allow us to assess whether you are eligible to become a F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro Member.
If you are successful, the personal data is also necessary for us to enter into an agreement to register you as a F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro Member and in order to complete your registration and to administer the Pro Programme in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. It is also in our legitimate interests to use this information for these purposes, which will not override your rights and freedoms.
This will include using your email address to let you know whether your application to become a F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro Member has been successful and, where necessary, to provide you with further information about the Pro Programme.
During the application process or whilst you are registered as a F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro Member, F I N I T Y B E A U T Y may also require additional proof that you are actively practicing as a makeup artist. For example, this can be demonstrated by new content on your website or social channels within the last three 3 months.
You may also be asked to provide additional proof of qualification.
We will retain the personal data you provide to us for as long as you are registered as a F I N I T Y B E A U T Y Pro Member and for seven (7) years afterwards.
Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties. We may share your personal data with trusted third parties to allow us to provide our services to you. When we do share your data with these third parties we only provide the information they need to perform the service. We have written contracts in place with them to ensure they only use your data for the purpose we specify to them and that your privacy is secure and respected.
